FREEZX™ color coded shelf life and food preparation labels.

These freezer proof labels allow busy chefs and kitchen help to easily identify food age from a distance. They are color coded for each day of the week and are ideal for food rotation and FIFO (first in, first out) compliance.

Displaying all the information needed for safe rotation of food, FREEZX labels help busy chefs and kitchen staff to easily:

• check expiration dates;
• maintain food rotation;
• track employee names;
• see 'prep' and 'use by' dates on ready-to-eat foods;
• manage defrosting of food.

FREEZX™ labels come in a variety of designs and serve many purposes.  In addition, the general purpose, kitchen safe adhesive sticks to most surfaces. It is semi-permanent and performs well in cold temperatures.

The labels can be applied to a variety of substrates, including plastics, corrugated, and paper wraps.

For best performance in cold temperatures, labels should be applied to dry surfaces.
Service temperature: -65°F to +200°F (-54°C to +93°C)
Minimum application temperature: -10°F (-23°C)
